NWBJ rods: the new concept of rod thread for efficiency
At the heart of our exhibit, we are introducing the NWBJ rods, a revolutionary concept for mining professionals. Designed in collaboration with leading exploration companies, these rods set a new standard for performance:
- Enhanced Reliability: NWBJ threads are 34.5% deeper than standards , offering a 38% improvement in tensile strength and a 94% increase in maximum torque at the breaking point.
- Increased Productivity: The bigger thread pitch allows for faster screwing and unscrewing, significantly reducing downtime on-site.
- Advanced Safety and Sustainability: These rods feature three unique identification grooves to monitor wear levels (50%, 75%, and 100%) and are manufactured using 50% recycled high-quality steel.
The launching of the Zebra range with wireline drill rods
For deep drilling operations requiring reinforced durability, we will also launch our Zebra wireline rods range. Engineered for superior performance and reliability, these rods are available in B-WL, N-WL, and H-WL standards. To meet the specific depth requirements of your projects, the Zebra range is offered in lengths of 1,500 mm and 3,000 mm, and also includes P/HWT options.
