Wireline Heavy Duty rods

We offer the Heavy Duty rod range for deep depth core drilling up to 3,000 meters.

Technical characteristics of our HD rods:

– Mid body of cold-drawn seamless steel tubing.

– Friction welded end pieces of specially treated steel with very high mechanical resistance.

– Specific thread design for deep hole drilling with very high resistance as to torque and as to extension.

– Straightness and Hoop Stress controlled tubing.

– Surface treatment on pin threads to prevent galling.

You can chose between 2 types of Heavy Duty rods: 70 HD and 94 HD. Several lengths are available for those types of rods: 3 meters, 6 meters, 10 ft and 20 ft.
