Outstanding Technical Specifications of HWT Wireline Rods for Core Drilling
Technidrill designs standard wireline drill rods to withstand intense mechanical stress. Consequently, our HWT wireline rods offer remarkable mechanical resistance under pressure.
Depending on your structural needs, you can choose between two material treatments:
- DM850 Standard Grade: This version provides a minimum pre-torque of 101 DaN.m and a maximum working torque of 406 DaN.m. Furthermore, it features a massive pulling force of 48 tons at yield point.
- Zebra 🦓 TTH Heat-Treated Grade: For high-torque applications, the Zebra version increases the maximum working torque to 663 DaN.m. Additionally, it elevates the maximum working pulling force to 44 tons.
Both choices offer superior resistance against high pressures. For example, the DM850 grade boasts a body collapse pressure of 777 Bars (11,269 Psi).
