Here are the different characteristics of the B range:
Diameters: 46, 56, 66, 76, 86, 101, 116, 131 and 146 mm.
Lengths: 500, 1 000, 1 500 and 3 000 mm.
Core barrels heads available alone.

The B range is ideal to core in homogeneous formations but also to obtain a low cost per meter drilled. Indeed, it does not have an inner tube and few spare parts. Moreover, bits have a smaller cutting surface compared to the other core barrels which allows a better speed penetration.
However, as the core barre has no inner tube, it is not possible to preserve the entire core in heterogeneous terrain.
